中日社区老年人健康状况与介护养老需求及关系研究

摘要：目的了解社区老年人的健康状况与现有介护养老情况，分析社区老年人介护养老的主要影响因素，探讨适合老年人特点的社区介护方式和服务内容。方法采用日本老年人生命质量量表、介护机能判定量表、日常活动能力量表等适老性评价方法，对社区老年人进行调查分析。结果中国社区老年人的生命质量、机体活动能力均优于日本社区老年人，但中国老年人抑郁程度高于日本老年人。中国社区老年人的生命质量程度和机体活动能力呈正相关关系，与抑郁程度呈现负相关。结论社区老年人的介护需求与健康状况相关，应构建合理化的介护方式，切实提高老年人健康水平，解决健康层面养老困境，并注重心理健康与机体健康的协同发展，丰富老年人的生活娱乐需求。

Abstract：ObjectiveTounderstandthehealthstatusoftheelderlyinthecommunityandtheexistingnursingcareoftheelderly,analyzethemaininfluencingfactorsofcommunitynursingcare,andexplorethemethodsandservicesaboutthecharacteristicsofcommunitycareforelderlycare.MethodsUsingtheSF-8(SF8HealthSurvey),IADL(instrumentalactivitiesofdailyliving),elderlynursingcareratingscaleandGDS(GeriatricDepressionScale),toinvestigationandanalysisoftheelderlyincommunity.ResultsThequalityoflifeandphysicalactivityoftheelderlyinChinesecommunitywerebetterthaninJapanesecommunity.ThedepressionoftheelderlyinChinaishigherthanthatoftheelderlyinJapan.TherewasapositivecorrelationbetweenthequalityoflifeoftheelderlyandtheabilityoflivinginChinesecommunities,andnegativelycorrelatedwiththedegreeofdepression.ConclusionsNursingcareneedsoftheelderlyinthecommunityareassociatedwithhealthstatus.Weshouldbuildareasonablewayofnursingcare,andeffectivelyimprovethehealthoftheelderlytoaddressthehealthlevelpensionpredicament.Payattentiontomentalhealthandthecoordinateddevelopmentofbodyhealth,enrichthelifeoftheelderlyentertainmentneeds.
