摘要：本文运用UG软件对手动变速箱关键零件进行建模、装配，运用UG/Motion对手动变速箱进行运动仿真设计。运用3D仿真动画清晰的展示变速箱齿轮、接合套作动过程，将抽象的原理形象化，可视化，降低学习难度。

Abstract：Inthispaper，theUGsoftwareisusedtomodelandassemblethekeypartsofthemanualtransmission，usesUG/Motiontodesignthemotionsimulationofmanualtransmission.3Dsimulationanimationclearlydisplaytheworkingprocessofgearboxgearandjointsleeve，visualizedtheabstractprincipleandreducedthelearningdifficulty.
