摘 要 随着建筑工程管理职责和范围的不断扩展，复合型管理人才的需求日益凸显。为了满足业主和用户不断增
加的需求，建筑工程管理必须应用不同的施工技术，并加强对施工质量的管控。提升建筑工程施工技术管理水平需
要多方面的努力。从人才培养、经济效益的提升、技术创新到质量管理，都是构建一个完善的管理体系的重要组成
部分。只有综合运用这些策略，建筑工程管理者才能更好地适应复杂多变的市场环境，确保项目的成功完成。
