一、计划的目的
为高效地开展公司的工作分析,科学准确地对公司所属部门和所属岗位进行工作分析,
特制订本计划
二、计划的目标
1.对公司所有部门进行科学的部门工作分析,制订各部门工作说明书。
2.对所有岗位进行科学的工作分析,制订各岗位的职务说明书。
3.建立规范的工作分析标准和流程。
三、计划职责
该计划主要由人力资源部经理负责,各部门相关人员予以协助。
四、工作现状分析
受总经理的委托,行使对公司市场(市场开发及维护)开发工作全面指导、指挥、监督、
管理的权力,并承担监督执行各项规章制度的义务,对所承担工作全面责任。
五、工作分析的目的说明
配合公司进行岗位说明书和岗位规范的修改和制订,通过工作分析来了解公司销售部经
理岗位的工作内容和职责、关系及在此岗位所必须具备的知识、技术、能力,掌握各岗位的
相关正确数据。
