(前期)供应商质量管理工程师ASQE[MainResponsibilities]

1.TheroleofanAdvancedSupplierQuality(ASQ)EngineeristoensuretheexecutionoftheAdvancedProductQualityPlanning(APQP)processanditscompletioninduetimeandfollowuptheperformanceofthesupplier.Themainmissionsoftheroleareto:

2.DeployAPQPrelatedtothedevelopmentphase(orincurrentproduction)ofBought-OutPartsfollowingtheGroupspurchasingrequirements

3.Assesssuppliersincollaborationwiththecommoditybuyerinordertocompletetheglobalpanelevaluation

4.Giverecommendationsand/ortechnicaldecisionstoensureadefect-freeprocessthroughprogrammanagement

5.Manageprogressplanwithlow-performancesuppliersincollaborationwiththecommoditybuyer

6.Managetheprocessqualification(trialrunatrateprocessaudit)withplantSupplierQualityAssurance(SQA)Engineerandprogramqualityengineer

7.FollowtheAPQPprogresswiththestatusreportandtakedecisionincollaborationwiththeprogramteam

8.Trainthesuppliersandmakesurethatthedefinedstandardsareproperlyapplied

9.MonitortheProductionPartApprovalbeforethetransfertotheplantandhandovertotheplantSQAEngineer

10.Manageactionplanswithsuppliersincaseofdeviations

11.Conductsupplierpanelassessmentsinaccordancetothecommodity/theprocesstechnologyresponsibilities

1.Bachelordegreeinengineeringwithaspecializationinmechanicalormaterial.

2.Minimum3yearsexperienceasanASQinanindustrialenvironment

5.Abilitytoworkinamatrixedorganisation

6.Internationalmindset,goodoralEnglish两个职位,分别位于上海和佛山。前期供应商质量管理岗位,负责新项目导入阶段的供应商管理。产品主要为机械/塑料件,要求熟悉汽车行业质量管理工具,具备新项目导入阶段的供应商管理经验,英文可以作为工作语言使用。[MainResponsibilities]
