EMPLOYMENTAGREEMENT
ThisEmploymentAgreement(theAgreement)isenteredintobyandbetween[EmployersName],locatedat[EmployersAddress],and[LawyersName],locatedat[LawyersAddress],effectiveasof[EffectiveDate].
WHEREAS,theEmployerdesirestoengagetheservicesoftheLawyer,andtheLawyerdesirestobeengagedbytheEmployer,onthetermsandconditionssetforthinthisAgreement.
1.TERMOFEMPLOYMENT
1.1TheLawyershallbeemployedbytheEmployerforaperiodof[TermofEmployment,e.g.oneyear],commencingon[StartDate]andterminatingon[EndDate],unlessearlierterminatedasprovidedinthisAgreement.
1.2TheEmployermay,atitssolediscretion,extendtheTermofEmploymentbyprovidingwrittennoticetotheLawyeratleast[NoticePeriod,e.g.30days]priortotheexpirationoftheinitialterm.
2.POSITIONANDDUTIES
2.1TheLawyershallserveas[Position/Title]andshallperformthedutiesandfunctionscustomarytosuchposition,includingbutnotlimitedto[DescriptionofDuties].
2.2TheLawyershalldevotetheirfullprofessionaltime,attention,andbesteffortstotheperformanceoftheirdutiesfortheEmployer.TheLawyershallnotengageinanyotherbusiness,profession,oroccupationduringtheTermofEmployment,withoutthepriorwrittenconsentoftheEmployer.
3.COMPENSATION
3.1TheEmployershallpaytheLawyerabasesalaryof[BaseSalary]per[SalaryPeriod,e.g.month],payablein[PaymentMethod,e.g.checkordirectdeposit].
3.2Inadditiontothebasesalary,theLawyershallbeeligibletoreceive[AdditionalCompensation,e.g.performance-basedbonusesorcommissions]asdeterminedbytheEmployerinitssolediscretion.
3.3TheLawyershallbeentitledtoparticipateinanyemployeebenefitplansorprogramsprovidedbytheEmployertoitsemployees,subjecttothetermsandconditionsofsuchplansandprograms.
