EMPLOYMENTCONTRACT

ThisEmploymentContractismadeandenteredintobyandbetween[Employer’sName],hereinafterreferredtoasthe“Employer”,and[Employee’sName],hereinafterreferredtoasthe“Employee”,onthetermsandconditionssetoutbelow:

1.Employment

TheEmployerherebyemploystheEmployee,andtheEmployeeacceptstheemployment,onthetermsandconditionsstatedinthisContract.TheEmployeewillservetheEmployerinthecapacityof[specifyposition].

2.TermofEmployment

ThisContractisvalidfrom[StartDate]to[EndDate].ThetermofemploymentmaybeextendedorreneweduponmutualagreementbetweentheEmployerandtheEmployee.

3.JobDescription

TheEmployee’sresponsibilitiesshallinclude,butnotbelimitedto,thefollowingtasks:[Listkeyjobdutiesandresponsibilities].

4.WorkingConditions

TheEmployeeshallworkattheplacedesignatedbytheEmployerandcomplywiththeworkschedule,rules,andregulationsasestablishedbytheEmployer.

5.SalaryandPayment

TheEmployee’ssalaryshallbepaidinaccordancewiththecompensationplanestablishedbytheEmployer.Thesalaryshallbepaidmonthlyinfullonorbeforethe[payday].Anychangestothecompensationplanshallbemadeinwritingandagreeduponbybothparties.

6.HoursofWorkandLeave

TheEmployeeshallworkregularhoursasestablishedbytheEmployer.TheEmployeeshallalsobeentitledtoannualleave,sickleave,andotherleaveasperthepoliciesoftheEmployer.

7.TerminationofEmployment

EitherpartymayterminatethisContractatanytime,foranyvalidreason,providedthattheterminationisinaccordancewiththelawsofthelandandanyapplicablepoliciesoftheEmployer.ThetermsofanynoticeperiodorcompensationduetotheEmployeeuponterminationshallbeasstipulatedinthisContractorinlinewiththepoliciesoftheEmployer.
