2.RealEstateLaw:
-Reviewandnegotiaterealestatetransactions.
-Preparerealestateclosingdocuments.
-Adviseonlandlord-tenantissues.
3.IntellectualPropertyLaw:
-Assistintrademarkandcopyrightregistration.
-Enforceintellectualpropertyrights.
-Adviseonlicensingandroyaltiesissues.
4.LitigationandDisputeResolution:
-Representtheclientincourtproceedings.
-Negotiatesettlementagreements.
-Providemediationandarbitrationservices.
TermsandConditions:
1.DurationofEmployment:
-Thelawyershallbeemployedbytheclientforaperiodof[Insertthedurationofemployment].
-Thecontractcanbeterminatedbyeitherpartygivingwrittennoticetotheother.
2.Compensation:
-Thelawyershallreceiveafixedmonthlysalaryof[Insertthemonthlysalary].

3.Expenses:
