跨境电商竞争力研究报告

前言
当前,百年变局加速演进,国际形势发生深刻复杂变化。同时,跨境电商发展态势良好,成为全球经济发展的亮点。为进一步帮助各经济体营造有利于跨境电商产业发展的营商环境,世界互联网大会立足国际组织定位,依托会员单位和大会跨境电商工作组,联合行业智库、高校和企业力量,开展跨境电商竞争力研究并推出系列研究成果,形成针对国别维度、平台企业和物流企业的三份研究报告。
本报告为物流企业维度的跨境电商竞争力研究报告。报告选取了全球6个区域50家代表性物流企业作为研究对象,从经营、服务、创新和可持续发展四个维度衡量物流企业的竞争力,并构建三级指标体系,基于公开数据、行业调研、专家访谈等方式对指标逐一进行结果量化,利用层次分析法逐级处理指标数据,得到物流企业竞争力水平,并对研究结论进行了深入分析。
报告总结了物流企业竞争力表现:一是提升运输时效是强化物流企业竞争力的核心因素;二是端到端服务是企业全球资源整合能力的重要体现;三是多元化运输服务构筑跨境电商物流护城河;四是灵活专业的跨境仓储成为企业差异化竞争新选择;五是智能化绿色化双轮驱动竞争优势升级。
