中学生性行为和性态度现状调查分析

【摘要】目的：了解中学生的性行为与性态度现状，为中学开展青春期性教育提供事实依据。方法：

采用匿名方式对广东、福建和山东三个不同地区的1088名初高中生进行问卷调查。结果：中学生恋爱、性幻

想、手淫、性梦的比例分别为28．5％、25．8％、24．8％和19．2％，甚至有2．2％的中学生有过婚前性行为。以

上行为普遍表现为男生高于女生，高中高于初中，内陆高于沿海。中学生认为只要双方愿意就可以进行婚

前性行为的有33．5％，呈现比较开放态度；认为网恋是虚假不现实的占54．5％，说明中学生对网恋具有理性

的态度。结论：目前中学生婚前性行为比例虽然不高，但性态度较开放，甚至多数学生对婚前性行为表示不

同程度赞同。因此，家庭、学校、社会应互相配合进行性健康教育，促使中学生身心健康发展。

Results：Thepropoaionsofloveaffair，sexualfantasy，masturbation，andsexualdreamamongmiddleschool

studentswere28．5％，25．8％，24．8％and19．2％respectively．Andeven2．2％studen~hadpremaritalsexufll

behavior．Fortheincidencesofthesebehaviors，malewashigherthnafemale；seniorschoolWashigherthnaiunior

schoolandinlandstudentswelehigherthancoastalstudents．33．5％studentsregardedpremaritalsexualbehavior

waspermittedifbothsideshadwillingness．whiletheirattitudestowardsexualissueswererelativelyopen．54．5％

studentsthoughtonlineloveWasmendaciousandnotrealistic．whichshowedthatthestudentshadarationalattitude

toonlinelove．Conclusion：Thouhgincidenceofpremaritalsexualbehaviorisnothishatpresent，studentsarelike—

lytohddanopenattitudetosex，andmostofthemholdfavorableattitudetowardspremaritalsexua~behavior．Thus
