ThisContractismadeon[DateofContract]byandbetween[NameofCompany/Person],hereinaftercalledthe“Company”,and[NameofEmployee],hereinaftercalledthe“Employee”.
1.Employment
TheCompanyherebyemploystheEmployee,andtheEmployeeherebyacceptsemploymentwiththeCompany,onthetermsandconditionssetoutinthisContract.TheEmployeeshallperformthedutiesassignedtohim/herbytheCompany,whichmayincludeanylawfulandreasonabletaskrelatedtotheCompany’sbusinessoperations.
2.TermofEmployment
Thisemploymentshallbeforanindefiniteperiod,subjecttothetermsandconditionssetoutinthisContract.TheCompanymayterminatetheEmployee’semploymentatanytime,providedthatitgivestheEmployeereasonablenoticeoftermination,whichshallbeaminimumof[NumberofWeeks]weeks.TheEmployeemayalsoterminatehis/heremploymentatanytime,providedthatitgivestheCompanyreasonablenoticeoftermination.
3.SalaryandBenefits
TheEmployeeshallbepaidabasicsalaryof[BasicSalary]permonth,whichshallbepaidonthe[PaymentDate]ofeachmonth.TheCompanymayalsoprovideadditionalbenefitstotheEmployee,includingbutnotlimitedto[ListofAdditionalBenefits].TheEmployeeshallbeentitledtoanysuchbenefits,providedthathe/shecomplieswiththetermsandconditionssetoutinthisContract.
4.WorkingHoursandLeave
TheEmployeeshallworkamaximumof[NumberofWorkingHours]hoursperweek,andshallbeentitledto[NumberofWeeks]weeksannualleave,aswellasanyotherstatutoryholidaysorleaveentitlement.TheCompanymayrequiretheEmployeetoworkextrahoursortakelessleave,providedthatitgivestheEmployeereasonablenoticeandcompensationforsuchextrahoursorreducedleave.
