Preamble:

TheremunerationforPartyBincludesbutisnotlimitedtobasicsalary,performancebonuses,allowances,andotherbenefitsasdeterminedbyPartyA.

Article4:BasicSalary

PartyBsbasicmonthlysalaryissetat_______.

Article5:PerformanceBonuses

PartyBiseligibleforperformancebonusesbasedonindividualperformanceandcompanyperformance,asperthecriteriaestablishedbyPartyA.

Article6:AllowancesandBenefits

Article7:OvertimePay
