【摘要】Theaimofthisstudywastodeterminetheeffectsofpalmkernel

meal(PKM)andcoprameal(CM)supplementedwithcompound

enzymesonnutrient,aminoacidandenergyutilizationratesofLinwu

ducks.FortyhealthyadultLinwuduckswithbodyweightof(2.0±0.2)

kgwererandomlydividedinto5groupswith8replicatesineachgroup

and1duckineachreplicate.Themetabolizableexperimentwascarried

outbyhungerstrike⁃gavagemethod.Ducksingroups1and2werefed50

gPKMandducksingroups3and4werefed50gCMbygavage,and

ducksingroup5werefed50gdietwithnonitrogenbygavage.Dietsof

groups2and4wereaddedwith250mg/kgcompoundenzymes.The

experimentincludeda7dayspre⁃experi⁃mentalperiodanda4days

experimentalperiod.Theresultsshowedasfollows:1)thetrueutilization

ratesofdrymatter(DM),crudeprotein(CP),etherextract(EE),crudefiber

(CF)andgrossenergy(GE)ofPKMwere48.81%,54.34%,65.69%,40.36%

and39.37%,respectively.Theapparentmetabolizableener⁃gy(AME)and

truemetabolizableenergy(TME)were6.18and7.49MJ/kg,respectively.

Thetrueutiliza⁃tionratesof15kindsofaminoacidswere50.28%to

87.97%.ThetrueutilizationratesofDM,CP,EE,CFandGEofCMwere52.

23%,58.49%,70.28%,34.67%and54.76%,respectively.TheAMEand

TMEwere7.47and9.64MJ/kg,respectively.Thetrueutilizationratesof15

kindsofaminoacidswere58.53%to90.21%.2)Addingwithcompound

enzymes,theapparentutilizationrateandtrueutilizationrateofCPin

PKMandCMweresignificantlyincreased(P0.05);theTMEincreasedby

5.61%and3.63%(P0.05),respectively;thetrueutilizationratesof15

kindsofaminoacidsincreasedby0.27%to7.36%and0.67%to4.99%,

respectively;thetrueutilizationratesoftyrosineandprolineinPKM,and

thetrueutilizationrates
