HiringContract
Thishiringcontractismadebetween[CompanyName],withitsregisteredofficeat[CompanyAddress],and[EmployeeName],residingat[EmployeeAddress].
1.JobPositionandResponsibilities
Theemployeeshallholdthepositionof[JobPosition]andshallperformthedutiesasspecifiedinthejobdescription.
2.ContractPeriod
Thecontractshallcommencefrom[StartDate]andshallcontinueforaperiodof[ContractDuration].
3.SalaryandBenefits
3.1Theemployeeshallbepaidamonthlysalaryof[SalaryAmount]fortheperformanceofdutiesunderthiscontract.
3.2Theemployeeshallbeentitledtothefollowingbenefits:
*Annualleave:[AnnualLeaveDays]daysperyear;
*Sickleave:[SickLeaveDays]daysperyear;
*Maternity/paternityleave:Aspercompanypolicy;
*Mealsandtransportationallowance:Aspercompanypolicy.
4.WorkingHoursandLocation
4.1Theemployeeshallworkfrom[WorkingLocation]betweenthehoursof[StartingTime]and[EndingTime]onaregularbasis.
4.2Overtimeshallbesubjecttocompanypolicyandshallbecompensatedaccordingly.
5.TerminationofContract
5.1Eitherpartymayterminatethiscontractbyproviding[NoticePeriod]dayswrittennoticetotheotherparty.
5.2Intheeventofbreachofcontractbytheemployee,theemployermayterminatethecontractimmediatelyuponwrittennotice.
6.ConfidentialityandNon-Compete
6.1Theemployeeshallkeepallconfidentialinformationofthecompanyconfidentialandshallnotdiscloseittoanythirdpartywithoutthewrittenpermissionoftheemployer.
6.2Foraperiodof[Non-CompetePeriod]yearsaftertheterminationofthiscontract,theemployeeshallnotengageinanybusinesscompetingwiththecompanywithoutthewrittenpermissionoftheemployer.
7.ForceMajeure
7.1Thiscontractshallbesuspendedandnotperformedbyeitherpartyinth
