BIOLOGICALACTIVITY

⽣物活性Metaproterenol-d7-1(hemisulfate)是氘代标记的Metaproterenol(hemisulfate)。Metaproterenol

hemisulfate(Orciprenalinehemisulfate)是⼀种直接作⽤的拟交感神经药，是β2-肾上腺素能受体(β2AR)激

动剂，其IC50为68nM。Metaproterenolhemisulfate还具有抗炎活性。
