LANDLEASECONTRACT

ThisLandLeaseContractismadeandenteredintoon[Date]byandbetween[NameoftheLessor],hereinafterreferredtoasLessor,and[NameoftheLessee],hereinafterreferredtoasLessee.

1.PREMISES

TheLessorleasestotheLesseethelandparcellocatedat[AddressoftheLand],withthefollowingdetails:

*Landarea:[specifyareainsquaremetersoracres]

*Boundarymarks:[describetheboundarymarksforidentification]

2.LEASETERM

Thetermofthisleaseshallcommenceon[StartDate]andshallcontinueforaperiodof[specifythedurationofthelease,e.g.,3years,5years,etc.].Aftertheexpirationoftheleaseterm,itshallbeautomaticallyrenewedunlesseitherpartygivesnoticeofnon-renewalatleast[specifyareasonableperiod,e.g.,90days,6months,etc.]priortotheexpirationdate.

3.RENTANDPAYMENT

3.1LesseeshallpaytoLessorasrentasumof[specifytherentamount]per[specifythefrequencyofpayments,e.g.,month,quarter,year].

3.2Rentshallbepaidonorbeforethe[specifyduedateforpayment].Anydelayinpaymentshallattractalatepaymentpenaltyof[specifythepenalty].

3.3Incaseofanychangesinthegovernmenttaxesorchargesrelatedtotheleasedland,Lesseeshallpayanadjustedrenttoreflectsuchchanges.

4.USEOFLAND

Lesseeshallusetheleasedlandforthepurposeof[specifytheintendeduse,e.g.,agriculturalactivities,constructionofabuilding,etc.].Lesseeshallnotsublease,assignortransferthelandwithoutpriorwrittenconsentfromLessor.

5.LESSORSOBLIGATIONS

LessorshallensurethatthelandisdeliveredtoLesseeingoodconditionandsuitablefortheintendedpurpose.Lessorshallalsoensurethatthelandisnotsubjecttoanythird-partyclaimsordisputesduringthetermoft
