大型化工企业安全管理智能化建设实践

摘要：化工行业具有高危行业和社会影响面广的特性，为适应化工行业安全监管力度日益严格和企业追求本质安全的
需要。文章以某公司着眼于安全风险智能管控、安全信息自动处理为目标，针对安全管理的难点和痛点，分析了通过
“互联网+”，实现现场账物合一、全程留痕、票证流程化、智能监督现场作业、引导式智能巡检、承包商智慧管理等应用
场景，将数字化、信息化与管理手段进行有机融合，为企业安全生产、运行、维护提供强有力的信息化平台支持，降低现
场作业风险，实现对安全管理全方位、全过程管控提供保障。

Abstract:Thechemicalindustryhasthecharacteristicsofhighriskindustryandwidesocialinfluence,inordertomeetthe
increasinglystrictsafetysupervisionofthechemicalindustryandtheneedofenterprisestopursueintrinsicsafety.Aimingata
companyfocusingonintelligentcontrolofsecurityrisksandautomaticprocessingofsecurityinformation,thispaperanalyzes
applicationscenariossuchasintegratingon-siteaccountsandobjects,leavingmarksthroughouttheprocess,ticketprocessing,
intelligentsupervisionofon-siteoperations,guidedintelligentinspection,andintelligentcontractormanagementthrough“internet+”,
aimingatthediff icultiesandpainpointsofsecuritymanagement.Theorganicintegrationofdigitization,informatizationand
managementmeansprovidesastronginformationplatformsupportforenterprisesafetyproduction,operationandmaintenance,
reducestheriskofon-siteoperations,andprovidesguaranteeforall-roundsafetymanagementandwhole-processcontrol.
