服务石油化工产业集群的
新疆高等教育学科专业布局分析

摘要：新疆高等教育学科专业设置应充分利用新疆丰富的油气资源和地缘优势，推进新工科、新医科、新农科、新文科建
设，促进石油化工产业的创新发展和转型升级。通过VAR模型分析出石油化工产业集群人才需求与高等教育学科专业
结构有明显的拉动关系，高等教育学科专业结构对石油化工产业集群人才需求有较大的促进作用，进一步说明了新疆
高等教育学科专业结构与石油化工产业集群人才需求之间存在互相制约的关系，通过脉冲响应分析与方差分解分析可
以发现，高等教育学科专业结构与石油化工产业集群人才需求之间是不协调的，因此新疆高校的学科和专业设置还不
能满足石油化工行业对人才的需要，需进行进一步优化。

Abstract:TheestablishmentofdisciplinesandmajorsinhighereducationinXinjiangshouldfullyutilizeXinjiang’srichoiland
gasresourcesandgeographicaladvantages,promotetheconstructionofnewengineering,newmedical,newagriculturalandnew
humanities,andpromotetheinnovativedevelopment,transformationandupgradingofthepetrochemicalindustry.Throughthe
VARmodelanalysis,itwasfoundthatthereisacleardrivingrelationshipbetweenthetalentdemandforthepetrochemicalindustry
clusterandtheprofessionalstructureofhighereducationdisciplines.Theprofessionalstructureofhighereducationdisciplines
hasasignificantpromotingeffectonthetalentdemandforthepetrochemicalindustrycluster,furtherdemonstratingthemutual
constraintrelationshipbetweentheprofessionalstructureofhighereducationdisciplinesinXinjiangandthetalentdemandfor
