WhereasitisexpedienttoamendtheNotificationofMinistryofPublicHealthon

FoodAdditivestosuitthecurrentsituationandtoincreasetheefficiencyofconsumer

protection.

ByvirtueofthefirstparagraphofSection5,andSection6(1)(2)(4)(5)(6)(7)(9)and

(10)issuedundertheFoodAct,B.E.2522(1979),thus,theMinisterofPublicHealth

prescribestheNotificationasfollows:

Clause1TheannexIandannexIIoftheNotificationoftheMinistryofPublic

HealthNo.381B.E.2559(2016),Re:FoodAdditives(No.4),dated3rdNovemberB.E.

2559(2016),shallberepealedandreplacedwiththeannexIandannexIIofthis

Notification.

Clause2Clause5oftheNotificationoftheMinistryofPublicHealthNo.381

Clause3ManufacturersorImportersofFoods,whichfoodadditivecontainedin

suchfoodhasbeenapprovedpriortothisNotificationcomesintoforceandthefood

additiveisdifferentfromtheannexofthisnotification,shallcomplywiththis

Notification,asthecasemaybe,asfollows:

(1)Thefoodproductthatusedfoodadditiveswhichtheprovisionsis

adoptedinB.E.2559(2016)accordingtotheannexIofthisNotificationshallcomply

withthisNotificationwithin2yearsasfromthedateoftheNotificationoftheMinistry

ofPublicHealthNo.381B.E.2559(2016),Re:FoodAdditives(No.4),dated3rdNovember

B.E.2559(2016)comesintoforce.

(2)Thefoodproductthatusedfoodadditiveswhichtheprovisionsis

adoptedinB.E.2561(2018)accordingtotheannexIofthisNotification
