HARDWAREWARRANTY

Tektronixwarrantsthattheproductsthatitmanufacturesandsellswillbefreefromdefectsinmaterialsandworkmanship

foraperiodofone(1)yearfromthedateofshipment.Ifaproductprovesdefectiveduringthiswarrantyperiod,Tektronix,

atitsoption,eitherwillrepairthedefectiveproductwithoutchargeforpartsandlabor,orwillprovideareplacementin

exchangeforthedefectiveproduct.

Inordertoobtainserviceunderthiswarranty,CustomermustnotifyTektronixofthedefectbeforetheexpirationofthe

warrantyperiodandmakesuitablearrangementsfortheperformanceofservice.Customershallberesponsiblefor

packagingandshippingthedefectiveproducttotheservicecenterdesignatedbyTektronix,withshippingchargesprepaid.
