Thecontentofaninquirycanbeabouttheprice,oneormoreothertransactionterms,orthedesiretotradewiththeotherparty,inordertolettheoppositepartymakeanoffer.?Inquiryhasnolegalbindingforceonboththeinquirerandtheinquired,andisnotanecessarypartoftransactionnegotiation,butitisoftenthestartingpointofatransaction.Therefore,theinquiredpartyshouldpayenoughattentiontothereceivedinquiryandmakeappropriatetreatmentintime.

Acompleteinquirydocumentshouldatleastincludethefollowingmainparts.?1.Productnameanditemnumber.Firstofall,theproductnameanditemnumberoftheinquiryitemarethemostbasicinformationthatshouldbeessentialontheinquirylist.Thesuppliermustknowhowtocallthequotedproduct,whichistheso-calledproductnameandtheitemnumberitrepresents,whichisalsoabasisforquickinvestigationandretrievalwhenthebuyerandthesellercarryoutfollow-uptrackinginthefuture.Astheitemnumberhasitsuniquerepresentativenessineachcustomer,specialattentionshouldbepaidtoitscorrectnessinuse.
