BIOLOGICALACTIVITY

⽣物活性Anti-MousePD-1(LALA-PG)Antibody(RMP1-14)是⼩⿏来源的、抗⼩⿏PD-1的IgG2a,κ抗体抑制剂。

体外研究Theantibodyframeworkisstable,specificandadaptable,andhastheabilitytobindbothantigensand

antibodies,antibody-drugconjugates,andantibodyfragments,andhavesignificanteffectsinfieldssuchas

immunologyandoncology.Whendesigninginhibitoryantibodies,considerationsincludeidentificationof

antigen-specificvariableregions,choiceofexpressionsystem,useofmultispecificformats,andantibody

derivativesbasedonfragmentation,oligomerization,orconjugationwithotherfunctionalmoieties[1].
