BycombiningH2O2productionfromanthraquinoneandHPPOprocess,thisprojectdesignsapropyleneutilizationplantwithmainproductof300,000tons/yearPOandbyproductof18,000tons/yearpropyleneglycolbyannualconsumption236,000tonsofpropylene.BasedontheprocessofBASF/DOW,EvonikandHunanpilotprojecttechnology,sometechnologicalinnovations,includingreactordesign,separationprocessdesign,recyclingbyproductshasbeendeveloped,andstrivetoachievemaximumeconomicefficiency.
Rawmaterialutilizationratioofpropyleneiscloseto100%withtheprinciplesofatomeconomyandgreenchemistry.HPPOtechnologyisadvanced,economicalandenvironmentallyfriendly.Productionprocessisdividedintohydrogenperoxideproductionunitsandpropyleneoxideproductionunits.Theprojecthasgreatprospectsfordevelopment.
