【摘要】目的：探讨在脑梗死治疗中使用前列地尔的疗效。方法：从我院选择66脑梗死患者进行数据分析，选

取时间是2021年7月一2024年6月，随机数字表法分组，每组33，研究组使用前列地尔联合血塞通进行治疗，对

照组使用血塞通进行治疗，对比两组治疗总有效率、治疗前后神经功能缺损评分、平均治疗时间和治疗前后生活自理能

力。结果：治疗前，两组神经功能缺损评分和生活自理能力评分比较差异不大，P0.05；治疗后，研究组治疗总有效率

和生活自理能力评分明显高于对照组，神经功能缺损评分明显低于对照组，平均治疗时间明显短于对照组，P0.05o结

论：在脑梗死治疗中使用前列地尔的疗效理想。

[Astract]Ojective：Toexplorethetherapeuticeffectofusingalprostadilinthetreatmentofcereral

infarction.Methods：Atotalof66patientswithcereralinfarctionwereselectedfromourhospitalfordataanalysisfrom

July2021toJune2024.Theywererandomlydividedintotwogroupsusingarandomnumertalemethod,with33

casesineachgroup.ThestudygroupreceivedtreatmentwithacominationofalprostadilandXuesaitong,whilethe

controlgroupreceivedtreatmentwithXuesaitong.Thetotaleffectiverateoftreatment,neurologicaldeficitscores

eforeandaftertreatment,averagetreatmenttime,andself-careailityscoreseforeandaftertreatmentwere

comparedetweenthetwogroups.Results：Beforetreatment,therewasnosignificantdifferenceinthescoresof

neurologicaldeficitandself-careailityetweenthetwogroups,P0.05；Aftertreatment,thetotaleffectiverateof

treatmentandself-careailityscoreinthestudygroupweresignificantlyhigherthanthoseinthecontrolgroup,the

neurologicaldeficitscorewassignificantlylowerthanthatinthecontrolgroup,andtheaveragetreatmenttimewas

significantlyshorterthanthatinthecontrolgroup,P0.05.Conclusion：Theuseofalprostadilinthetreatmentof

cereralinfarctionhasanidealtherapeuticeffect.
