Abstract

ThemilkydiseaseofChinesemittencrab(Eriocheirsinensis)causedbyinfectionwith

MetschnikowiabicuspidataisthemostseriousdiseaseinthecultivationofChinesemittencrabs

innorthernregions,andthereiscurrentlynoeffectivepreventionandcontrolmethodforthis

disease.Therefore,itisurgenttofindaneffectivepreventionandcontrolmeasuretocontrol

milkydisease.Thestudyscreenedastrain2JHP001withhighantagonisticactivityagainstM.

bicuspidata,andevaluatedtheantagonisticeffectsof2JHP001ontheremovefungal

fermentationbrothandbacteriallysate.Theeffectsofdifferentphysicalandchemicalfactorson

theantagonisticactivityofthestrainwereevaluated.Themaincomponentsof2JHP001ethyl

acetateextractwereanalyzedandcharacterized.Theclinicaltherapeuticeffectof2JHP001ethyl

acetateextractonmilkydiseaseofE.sinensiswasstudied.Thespecificresearchcontentsare

asfollows:

(1)ScreeningandidentificationofantagonisticbacteriaagainstM.bicuspidata

Inthisstudy,astrain2JHP001withhighantagonisticactivityagainstM.bicuspidatawas

screenedfromthesoilthataroundtheChinesemittencrabfarm,andthediameterofthe

inhibitionzonewas≥30mm.2JHP001wasidentifiedbymorphology,thecolonydiameterwas

45-54mm,thetexturewasvelvety,thecolorwaslightyellow,thesporulationstructurewas

double-layer,theconidiaweresphericalornearlyspherical,andthediameterwasabout2.5μm.

Afterphysiologicalandbiochemicalanalysis,thestraingrowsmostvigorouslyat30℃andpH

6,andissensitivetotheantifungaldrugnystatin;after18S,26S,andITSrDNAidentification,
