1.SCOPE

Thisspecificationdescribesthedimensionalrequirementsforexpansionplugs.Retentionandsealingisproducedby

mechanicalinterferencefitbetweenplugandbore.Anaerobicsealantisoftenappliedtotheborebeforepluginstallationto

sealsurfaceimperfections.

Alternatenamesforexpansionplugsare:

•Cupplug

•Coreplug

•Freezeplug

1.范围

该规范描述了扩展插头的尺寸要求。通过插头和孔之间的机械过盈配合产生保持和密封。在插头安装之前，通常

将厌氧密封剂施加到孔上以密封表面缺陷。

扩展插头的替代名称是：

•杯塞

•核心插头

•冻结插头

2.DIMENSIONS

•Diametermeasurementsshallbetaken0.5mmfromtheedgeoftheplug.

•Thediameteristheaverageoffourequallyspacedmeasurementstakenfromtheperimeterofthecupplug.

•Diametermeasurementisbeforeplating.

•Afterplating,diametermaybe0.024mmgreaterthantable1values.

2.尺寸

插头尺寸

应符合表1中所示的每个尺寸

直径测量，d（图2）

•直径测量距离插头边缘0.5mm。

•直径是从杯塞周长取得的四个等间距测量值的平均值。

•直径测量在电镀前进行。

•电镀后，直径可能比表1值大0.024mm。
