1.SCOPE范围

Thisspecificationdefinestheperformancerequirementsforcorrosionresistingfinisheswhenappliedtozincplatingandzinc/zinc

alloysubstrates.

2APPLICATION应用

Thisspecificationwasoriginallyreleasedtodefinetherequirementsforcolorless,black,yellow,andolivedrabchromiumfinishes

whenappliedtozincplatingandzinc/zincalloysubstrates.Thecolorlesschromiumfinishisalsoreferredtoasaclear,bright,or

silverchromiumfinish.Thebronzeandolivedrabchromiumfinishesoffermaximumcorrosionresistance.

NOTE:Prolongedheatingofthechromiumfinishabove65°Cmayproduceexcessivedehydrationofthechromiumfinishresulting

inareductionofthecorrosionresistance.
