accreditedtoISO/IEC17025orregisteredtoISO/TS16949byanestablishedthird-partyauditor.

0.4StandardObsolescence.Itistheresponsibilityofthesuppliertoensurethatthemostcurrent

versionsofallcitedstandardsareemployed.

0.5InitialSourceApproval.Deliveryofproductiongoodsshallnotbeaccepteduntilrepresentativeinitial

productionsampleshavebeenverifiedforcompliancetothisspecificationbyTeslaEngineering.

0.6Equivalency.Weldedassembliesapprovedandpurchasedtothisspecificationmustbeequivalent

ineveryrespecttotheinitialsamplesverifiedandapprovedbyTeslaEngineering.Therightto

characterizejointsatanytimetoensureequivalencyisreserved.

0.7ChangeReporting.Thesupplierisexclusivelyresponsibleforreportingallprocesschangesnot

explicitlyallowableperthisspecificationtoTeslaEngineering.Weldsandassembliesmustberetested

asifforinitialreleaseunlessagreedotherwise.

0.8QualityControl.Testtypes,frequencyandsamplesizeforqualitycontrolmustmeetthe
