现在是一个信息的时代，任何事物都在迅速发展，跨境电子商务也不例外，而且电子商务不仅仅是一种新兴的贸易活动，也是全球商务眼中的全新亮点。许多的电商企业可以打破传统的空间限制，开始走向国际市场，电子商务也为许多国家和企业都提供了新的发展机会。但是在这种快速发展过程中,也多多少少会出现一些问题,因为在传统的知识产权的保护下是不足以能够保护跨境电子商务的知识产权的需要，经常会产生类似于一些知识产权侵权的问题而导致一些没必要的惩罚和罚款。所以要加强电商们对知识产权的了解和规范的利用好知识产权的知识，这样才可以使得研究跨境电商的时候是具有意义的事情。本文在跨境电商知识产权保护的理论基础之上,对优米未公司跨境电子商务知识产权保护现状进行了讨论并且深度分析,发现其中所存在的一系列问题,并提出相应的解决措施。

Nowisaneraofinformation,everythingisdevelopingrapidly,cross-bordere-commerceisnoexception,ande-commerceisnotonlyanewtradeactivity,butalsoanewbrightspotintheeyesofglobalbusiness.Manye-commerceenterprisescanbreakthetraditionalspacerestrictionsandstarttogototheinternationalmarket.E-commercealsoprovidesnewdevelopmentopportunitiesformanycountriesandenterprises.However,intheprocessofsuchrapiddevelopment,therewillbesomeproblemsmoreorless,becauseundertheprotectionoftraditionalintellectualpropertyrights,itisnotenoughtoprotecttheintellectualpropertyrightsofcross-bordere-commerce,whichwilloftenleadtosomeproblemslikeintellectualpropertyrightsinfringementandleadtosomeunnecessarypenaltiesandfines.Therefore,itisnecessarytostrengthene-commerceenterprisesunderstandingofintellectualpropertyrightsandmakegooduseoftheknowledgeofintellectualpropertyrightsinastandardizedway,soastomakeitmeaningfultostudycross-bordere-commerce.Basedonthetheoreticalbasisofcross-bordere-commerceintellectualpropertyprotection,thispaperdiscussesandanalyzesthecurrentsituationofcross-bordere-commerceintellectualpropertyprotectionofyoumiweicompany,findsoutaseriesofproblemsandproposescorrespondingsolutions.
