[Abstract]ObjectiveTograspthecommonproblemsintheimplementationofinvitrodiagnosticreagent（IVD）clinicaltrials，andputforwardcountermeasurestoimprovethequalityofIVDclinicaltrials.MethodsQualitycontrolreportsofallIVDclinicaltrialprojectsinWuxiChildren’sHospitalmedicaldeviceclinicaltrialinstitutionssince2018werecollected，commonproblemsweresummarized，causeswereanalyzed，andsolutionswereproposed.ResultsClinicaltrialsofIVDhavemanyproblemsinthefollowingfiveaspects：ethicalreview，clinicaltrialpreparationandprogramimplementation，informedconsentsigning，biologicalsampleandreagentsmanagement，andclinicaltrialrecords，someofwhichwererelatedtotheparticularityofthesubjectsbeingchildren.Therelevantregulatorysystemwasnotperfect，thesponsor’sclinicaltrialconceptwasbackward，thequalitymanagementsystemwasincomplete，andinvestigatorswerelackoftrainingandunderstaffed，thelackofqualitycontrolexperienceintheinstitutionalofficeandtheweakprofessionalreviewabilityoftheethicscommitteeweretherootcausesoftheproblems.ConclusionImprovetheconstructionoftheregulatorysystem，strengthenthesponsor’sawarenessofthemainresponsibilitytocarryoutclinicaltrials，improvethemanagementsystemandstandardoperatingproceduresofsponsorandinstitutions，implementpersonneltraining，improvethepracticallevelofinvestigators，soastoimprovetheimplementationlevelofIVDclinicaltrials，andpromotethehealthydevelopmentofIVDindustry.

体外诊断试剂（invitrodiagnosticreagent，IVD）是在疾病的预测、预防、诊断、治疗监测、预后观察和健康状态评价的过程中，用于人体样本体外检测的试剂、试剂盒、校准品、质控品等产品，可单独使用，也可与仪器、器具、设备或系统组合使用[1]。儿童人群为部分病原体的易感人群，主要有呼吸道感染病原体（包括呼吸道合胞病毒、腺病毒、流感病毒、副流感病毒、肺炎支原体等）及肠道感染病原体（包
