[Abstract]ObjectiveToexplorecorrelationbetweentriglycerideglucose-bodymassindex（TyG-BMI），atherogenicindexofplasma（AIP）andtheriskofcholelithiasis.MethodsAtotalof395patientswithcholelithiasisdiagnosedandtreatedinJiujiangUniversityAffiliatedHospitalfromJanuarytoDecember2023wereincludedincholelithiasisgroup，and384healthypeoplewhounderwentphysicalexaminationinthehospitalduringthesameperiodwereincludedincontrolgroup.MultivariateLogisticregressionwasusedtoanalyzethecorrelationbetweenTyG-BMI，AIPandtheriskofcholelithiasis.Receiveroperatingcharacteristic（ROC）curvetoevaluatethepredictivevalueofTyG-BMIandAIPincholelithiasis.ResultsTheage，bodymassindex，proportionofsmokinganddrinking，fastingbloodglucose（FBG），triglyceride，lowdensitylipoprotein，TyGindex，TyG-BMIandAIPofpatientsincholelithiasisgroupweresignificantlyhigherthanthoseincontrolgroup，whiletotalcholesterolandhighdensitylipoproteinweresignificantlylowerthanthoseincontrolgroup（Plt;0.05）.MultivariateLogisticregressionanalysisshowedthatage，FBGandTyG-BMIwereindependentriskfactorsforcholelithiasis（Plt;0.05）.ROCcurveshowedthattheareaunderthecurve（AUC）ofTyGindex，TyG-BMIandAIPindependentlypredictedtheincidenceofcholelithiosiswas0.687，0.698and0.657，respectively，andtheAUCofTyG-BMIcombinedwithAIPwas0.709.ConclusionTyG-BMIandAIParecorrelatedwiththeriskofcholelithiasis.TyG-BMIisanindependentriskfactorforcholelithiasis，andTyG-BMIcombinedwithAIPcanbeusedasanearlypredictorofcholelithiasis.
