[Abstract]ObjectiveToanalyzethecorrelationbetweenwhitebloodcell（WBC）andbloodcellindexesinmegaloblasticanemia（MA）patients.MethodsAtotalof79patientsdiagnosedasMAbybonemarrowcellmorphologyatAdiconMedicalLaboratoryCenterfromJune2023toJune2024wereincludedinMAgroup，andanother40healthyphysicalexaminationsubjectsduringthesameperiodwereincludedinhealthgroup.ThelevelsofWBC，redbloodcell（RBC），platelet（PLT），hemoglobin（Hb）andmeancorpuscularhemoglobin（MCH），meancorpuscularvolume（MCV）weremeasuredandcomparedbetweentwogroups.Spearmancorrelationwasusedtoanalyzethecorrelationofeachparameter.Receiveroperatingcharacteristic（ROC）curvewasusedtoanalyzethediagnosticvalueofWBCinMA.ResultsThelevelsofWBC，PLT，HbandRBCinMAgroupweresignificantlylowerthanthoseinhealthygroup（Plt;0.05），MCHandMCVlevelsweresignificantlyhigherthanthoseofhealthygroup（Plt;0.05）.WBCwaspositivelycorrelatedwithPLT，HbandRBC（Plt;0.05），andwerenegativelycorrelatedwithMCHandMCV（Plt;0.05）.ROCcurveanalysisshowedthattheareaunderthecurveofWBCdiagnosisMAwas0.926（95%CI：0.876-0.975）.ThelevelsofPLT，HbandRBCinsevereandabovegroupweresignificantlylowerthanthoseinmildtomoderategroup（Plt;0.05）.ThedegreeofanemiainMApatientswasnegativelycorrelatedwiththelevelsofPLT，HbandRBC（Plt;0.05），andthemoreseveretheanemia，thelowerthelevelsofPLT，HbandRBC.ConclusionThechangesofWBCandRBCarerelatedtotheoccurrenceofMA，andWBCcanbeusedasareferenceindexforthediagnosisofMA.

抽取研究对象的清晨空腹肘静脉血5ml，将血液标本置于含有乙二胺四乙酸二钠的真空抗凝管中，轻轻摇晃，使其混合均匀。血液标本静置2h后，应用血液分析仪（BC-6800Plus型，迈瑞医疗国际有限公司）检测两组研究对象的WBC、PLT、Hb、RBC、平均红细胞血红蛋白含量（meancorpuscularhemoglobin，MCH）和平均红细胞体积（meancorpuscularvolume，MCV），为确保
