[Abstract]?Objective?To?explore?the?application?value?of?rehabilitation?nursing?model?based?on?early?intervention?in?high-risk?infants?with?cerebral?palsy.?Methods?A?total?of?112?high-risk?infants?with?cerebral?palsy?were?selected?from?neonatal?intensive?care?unit?of?Jiaxing?Maternity?and?Child?Health?Care?Hospital?from?January?to?December?2022.?According?to?the?parents’?wishes，?they?were?divided?into?observation?group?and?control?group，?56?cases?in?each?group.?The?control?group?was?adopted?routine?nursing?mode，?and?the?observation?group?was?given?rehabilitation?nursing?mode?based?on?early?intervention?on?the?basis?of?routine?nursing.?At?correction?of?1?month?and?3?months，?general?movements?quality?assessment?method?was?used?to?evaluate?central?nervous?system?development?of?two?groups.?Results?At?correction?of?1?month?and?3?months，?the?normal?rate?of?infants?in?observation?group?was?significantly?higher?than?that?in?control?group?（P0.05）.?Conclusion?The?rehabilitation?nursing?model?based?on?early?intervention?can?promote?the?neurodevelopment?of?high-risk?infants?with?cerebral?palsy?to?a?certain?extent，?and?can?be?popularized?in?early?clinical?nursing.

1??资料与方法

1.1??研究对象

1.2??方法

1.2.1??对照组??采用常规护理模式，维持体温稳定、合理喂养、维持有效呼吸、密切观察病情、预防感染，对家长进行健康教育。

1.3??评价指标与标椎

在矫正1月龄、矫正3月龄时采用GMs质量评估对两组患儿的中枢神经发育情况进行评价。患儿仰卧位，充分暴露手臂和腿，房间温度适宜，拍摄婴儿活动觉醒状态5～10min，确保拍摄到患儿整个身体运动，包括面部，拍摄时避免患儿持续打嗝及周围环境的干扰和家属逗引[4]。评估由2名具有GMs评估资质的评估人员分别进行，若意见一致即为最终结果，如意见不一致，则使用标准盘校准Gestalt知觉确定。评价标准：矫正1月龄（扭动运动阶段）评估结果为正常扭动运动则为正常，单调性GMs则为可疑，痉挛-同步性GMs则为
