摘要

随着网络科技的发展，利用分析对智能文献管理系统已势在必行；该平台将帮助企业更好地了解文献信息的趋势，提高文献的质量。

本文讲述了基于python语言开发，后台数据库选择MySQL进行数据的存储。该软件的主要功能是进行文献信息分析。主要包括用户管理、文献类型管理、文献信息管理、文献注释管理、在线论坛、系统管理、我的信息等。本文主要介绍了该应用的设计初衷、功能实现的大致过程，详细说明了智能文献管理系统设计思想、数据库的开发设计和功能模块的设计。整个智能文献管理系统的设计过程中，考虑了数据库的安全性、一致性、稳定性和可靠性的问题，并具有简洁的界面，操作也十分简单，可以投入实际应用。

WiththedevelopmentofNetworkScienceandtechnology,itisimperativetouseanalysisintheintelligentdocumentmanagementsystem,whichwillhelpenterprisesbetterunderstandthetrendofdocumentinformationandimprovethequalityofdocuments.

Thisarticledescribesthepython-baseddevelopment,backgrounddatabaseselectionMySQLdatastorage.Themainfunctionofthesoftwareistocarryoutliteratureinformationanalysis.Itmainlyincludesusermanagement,documenttypemanagement,documentinformationmanagement,DocumentAnnotationManagement,onlineforum,SystemManagement,myinformationandsoon.Thispapermainlyintroducesthedesignintentionandfunctionrealizationoftheapplication,andexplainsthedesignideaoftheintelligentdocumentmanagementsystem,thedesignofthedatabaseandthedesignofthefunctionmodule.Inthewholedesignprocessoftheintelligentdocumentmanagementsystem,theproblemsofdatabasesecurity,consistency,stabilityandreliabilityareconsidered,canbeputintopracticalapplication.
