20世纪刚性管理与柔性管理发展的对比

摘要：近百年来‚刚性管理与柔性管理此消彼长而又渗透、融合‚最终成为一个有机整体刚

性管理构成了管理骨架‚柔性管理则构成了管理血肉从管理计划、组织、领导、控制等职能

来看‚刚性管理与柔性管理是管理中各有侧重两个方面‚两者互有长短‚互为补充管理最高

境界是实现刚柔相济‚体现在管理目应追求“双赢”或者“四满意”；管理方法应体现刚与柔有

机地契合；管理范围应涉及组织内所有要素；管理结果应带来高士气和高效率

Abstract：Duringthepastcentury‚RigidManagementandFlexibleManagementhadbeenfocusedonone

afteranother．Theypenetrated‚incorporatedeachotherandthentheyformedawholeorganism．RigidManage-

mentformedtheskeletonandFlexibleManagementformedthefleshandbloodofthebodyofmanagement．They

aretwosidesofacoinwhenwespeakofeachmanagementfunctions‚suchasplanning‚organizing‚leadingand

controlling．Theycomplementeachother‚thougheachhasitsownstrengthsandweaknesses．Thesuperbstateof

managementisafullyfunctioningcombinationoftherigidnessandflexibilityinmanagement．Theaimofman-

agementshouldbe“doublewins”or“foursatisfactions”．Themethodsofthetwobranchesshouldbecombined

efficiently．Thescopeofmanagementshouldcoverallelementsintheorganization．Theresultofmanagement

shouldaccordwithhighmoraleandhighefficiency．
