BIOLOGICALACTIVITY

⽣物活性Cefditoren-d3(sodium)(ME1206-d3)是氘代标记的Cefditoren(sodium).Cefditorensodium(ME1206)是⼀

种⼴谱的第三代⼝服头孢菌素抗菌剂，对多种常见的β内酰胺酶具有增强的稳定性。Cefditorensodium对⾰

兰⽒阴性菌和⾰兰⽒阳性菌有活性。Cefditorensodium可⽤于慢性⽀⽓管炎急性发作、社区获得性肺炎(

CAP)、链球菌性咽炎/扁桃体炎或单纯性⽪肤和⽪肤结构感染等感染疾病的研究[1][2]。
