蔬菜产业变废为宝的工作经验，对全国蔬菜重点县陆良的尾菜处理情况开展深入调研，梳理总结

其尾菜资源化利用的经验和模式，研究剖析存在的问题，并从县级、省级不同层面针对性提出尾菜

资源化利用的对策建议，以期为全省尾菜资源化利用提供工作思路。
