2.Thecarrier,[NameofCarrier],representedbyitsChiefExecutiveOfficer,[NameofCEO],anditsaddressat[AddressofCarrier].
SubjectMatteroftheContract
Thiscontractconcernsthetransportationofgoodsfrom[OriginofGoods]to[DestinationofGoods]bythecarrierusingitsvesselsandothertransportationresources.Thespecificdetailsofthetransportationservicestobeprovidedbythecarrieraresetoutintheappendixtothiscontract.
TermsandConditionsoftheContract
1.ContractDuration
Thiscontractshallbeeffectivefromthedateofitsexecutionandshallcontinueforaperiodof[ContractDurationinMonths]months.Attheendofthecontractperiod,itmayberenewedbymutualagreementoftheparties.
2.ShipmentDetails
Thecarriershalltransportthegoodsinaccordancewiththedetailssetoutintheappendixtothiscontract.Theshippershallensurethatthegoodsareproperlypackedandlabeledfortransportation.
3.RatesandPayment
Theshippershallpaythecarrierthetransportationfeessetoutintheappendixtothiscontract.Thefeesshallbepaidinfullpriortothecommencementofthetransportationservices.Thecarriershallissueataxinvoicetotheshipperuponreceiptofthefees.
4.ResponsibilitiesoftheParties
4.1Theshippershall:
*Ensurethatthegoodsarereadyfortransportationattheagreedtimeandplace.
*Provideanynecessarydocumentsorinformationrequiredforthetransportationofthegoods.
*Payforanyadditionalservicesrequestedbythecarrier,suchashandlingorstoragefees.
4.2Thecarriershall:
