OBLIGATIONS:

1.PartyAshallsupplythehealthfoodproductstoPartyBinaccordancewiththetermsandconditionsofthiscontract.

2.PartyBshallpurchasethehealthfoodproductsfromPartyAinaccordancewiththetermsandconditionsofthiscontract.

3.PartyAshalldeliverthehealthfoodproductstoPartyBatthespecifieddeliveryaddresswithintheagreedtimeframe.

4.PartyBshallpaythepurchasepriceforthehealthfoodproductsinaccordancewiththepaymenttermsandconditionssetforthinthiscontract.

5.PartyAshallprovidePartyBwithallnecessarydocumentationandinformationrelatedtothehealthfoodproducts,includingbutnotlimitedtoproductspecifications,qualitycertificates,andsafetydatasheets.

6.PartyBshallinspectthehealthfoodproductsupondeliveryandnotifyPartyAofanydiscrepanciesordefectswi
