So,who’sexcitedforAI?Iam?Maybe?AItoolsarehelpingthespeechlessspeakandreducingenergyconsumptionlargely.Therearebrilliantpeoplewhosaythisiskidstuff.Sooneveryonewillhaveacustomizedknowledgeassistant.Theremovaloflonelinessiscoming.Otherequallybrilliantpeoplegostraighttotheotherdirection.TheirimaginationcoverseverythingfromanAI-manufacturedextinction-levelvirustosocietaldestructionasjobsdisappearandinequalitybecomespermanent.

OpenAI’sproductlaunchmadejawsdrop.Thetechismovingfast,butitsimpactwillarriveinwaves.We’vealreadyseenslightdecreaseinChatGPTusage.Thathardlymeanschatbotsaredoomed(注定失败的)orAIisacraze.Onlythatit’searly.Itwilltaketimetounderstandhowpeopleadapttothesenewtools.Thattimeshouldnotbewasted.Theprocessorswillkeepprocessing—andweneedtogetready.Becausehoweverfar-fetchedtheideaofanartificialgeneralintelligence—meaninganautonomoussystemthatonedaygoesbeyondhumanabilities—it’snotimpossible.WecanalsolookoutforthemanywaysAItoolscan
