石油化工管道常用安装技术分析

摘要：石油化工生产运输中对管道的依赖度较高，可以说，管道的安装效果直接关系着石油化工生产的正常运行。当前管道在生产运行

中常常会受到内部运输物质腐蚀、外部恶劣自然环境条件等影响，导致管道在使用中出现不同类型的问题。为了提高石油化工管道安装技

术水平和应用效果，本文首先简单阐述石油化工工艺管道安装方法，其次总结了当前石油化工管道安装技术规范要求，最后细致地探讨了

管道安装技术要点，通过本文分析可以为相关工作者提供一定的参考。

Abstract：Thedependenceofpipelinesinpetrochemicalproductionandtransportationisrelativelyhigh.Itcanbesaidthattheinstallation

effectofpipelinesisdirectlyrelatedtothenormaloperationofpetrochemicalproduction.Atpresent,pipelinesinproductionandoperationareoften

affectedbyinternaltransportationmaterialcorrosionandexternalharshnaturalenvironmentalconditions,resultingindifferenttypesofproblems

intheuseofpipelines.Inordertoimprovetheinstallationtechnologylevelandapplicationeffectofpetrochemicalpipelines,thispaperfirstlybriefly

expoundstheinstallationmethodofpetrochemicalprocesspipelines,andthensummarizesthecurrenttechnicalspecificationrequirementsofpetro-

chemicalpipelineinstallation.Finally,thekeypointsofpipelineinstallationtechnologyarediscussedindetail.Itishopedthatthisanalysiscanpro-

videsomereferenceforrelevantworkers.
