Abstract

Thedigitaleconomy,asanimportantformofnewqualityproductiveforcedrivingeconomicdevelopment,hassignificant

promotionaleffectsonimprovingtheefficiencyandeffectivenessofeconomicoperation,andalsobringsprofoundimpactonthe

humanresourcesmanagementwork.Inthebackgroundofthedigitaleconomyera,thehumanresourcesmanagementworkof

enterprisesfacesnewchallengessuchastheacceleratedbreakdownoftraditionalcommunicationandfeedbackmechanisms,the

deviationofdigitalhumanresourcesdemandfromorganizationalneeds,datasilosandinformationbarriers,employeeslackof

abilitytoadapttodigitaltransformation,andremoteworkinganddigitalsecurityandprivacyrisks.Underthisbackground,itis

requiredthatthehumanresourcesmanagementworkofenterprisesmustoptimizethecommunicationandfeedbackprocessto

stimulateorganizationalvitality,promotethealignmentofhumanresourcesmanagementstrategieswithorganizationalneeds,

drivetheinteractionandcollaborativeinnovationofdiversestakeholdersthroughtechnology,optimizethetrainingmethodsto

enhanceemployeeacceptanceandparticipation,andstrengthendatasecurityandprivacyprotectiontomaintainteamcohesion,

thusprovidinghumanresourcessupportfortheachievementofhigh-qualitydevelopmentgoals.Thispaperstartsfromtherole
