某天然气集输管道内壁腐蚀原因分析

摘要：为了研究规格为准159mm×5mm，钢级为L245N某天然气集输管道内壁腐蚀失效的原因，对失效管道截取固定

长度，依据相关检测标准分别观察失效部位的宏观形貌、测量剩余壁厚、测试化学成分、测试力学性能、进行金相分析、射线

衍射分析，根据测试结果结合管道输送介质和运行状态进行综合分析。分析认为：1）发生局部腐蚀的输气管道材质为

L245N，其化学成分、力学性能、显微组织均满足产品GB/T9711—2017标准。2）CO腐蚀是送检L245N钢管内壁局部腐蚀

类型，Cl穿过由FeCO和CaCO组成的不致密膜是送检L245N钢管内壁局部腐蚀产生的主要原因。3）建议使用集输管道专

用缓蚀剂，或对集输管线内壁涂敷防腐涂层，或更换耐蚀合金管材以解决管线的内腐蚀问题。加强管线监测，确保管线安全

运行。
