“文化+”视野下图书馆总分馆建设的创新思考

摘要：文化是一条源自历史、流向未来的丰沛河流，社会经济发展需要它的持续润泽。文化是不可少的，任何社会没有文化都建设不起来，文化具有强渗透、强关联的效应，在产业融合大背景下，文化产业表现活跃度，铸就了“文化+”这个崭新的发展形态。图书馆作为一个地区的重要文化服务机构，在文化服务和文化建设方面发挥着重要的作用。“文化+”事业背景下，图书馆需要坚持自身的文化服务职能，注重加强总分馆建设，以此来延伸图书馆的文化服务边界，更好地服务社会大众的文化需求。该文主要结合实际工作经验，探讨了“文化+”视野下图书馆总分馆建设的创新对策，希望对广大同行有所帮助。

Abstract：Cultureisadistributionriverflowingfromhistorytothefuture，anditssocialandeconomicdevelopmentneedsitscontinuousnourishment.Cultureisindispensable，andanysocietycannotbebuiltwithoutculture.Culturehastheeffectofstrongpenetrationandstrongcorrelation.Inthebackgroundofindustrialintegration，theculturalindustryshowsthehighestactivity，castinganewdevelopmentformof\culture+\.Asanimportantculturalserviceinstitutioninaregion，thelibraryplaysanimportantroleintheculturalserviceandculturalconstruction.Underthebackgroundof\culture+\cause，thelibraryneedstoadheretoitsownculturalservicefunctionandpayattentiontostrengtheningtheconstructionofthegeneralandbranchlibrary，soastoextendtheculturalserviceboundaryofthelibrarytobetterservetheculturalneedsofthepublic.Thispapermainlycombinestheactualworkexperience，discussestheinnovativecountermeasuresoftheconstructionofthegeneralbranchlibraryundertheperspectiveofcultureandculture，hopingtohelpthemajorityofpeersthroughresearch.
