“亚文化”传播对Z世代青年影响的现实审视和探析

摘要：Z世代青年参与“亚文化”活动愈发网络化、游戏化和早熟化，并在演变发展过程中逐渐呈现群体分化、极化的特点。研究发现繁重生活压力下的自我补偿、积极心理暗示下的情感慰藉、强大内生动力下的价值追求，以及相似文化兴趣下的流量裂变是催生青年“亚文化”传播的重要原因。现阶段“亚文化”现象一定程度上加速了文化的传播与交流，增强了青年的个性和热情，但“饭圈”“佛系”等文化乱象削弱了青年的斗志和骨气。对此，从筑牢理想信念根基、涵养校园文化环境、提升青年内生动力、增强历史认同感和调整文化治理姿态等方面制定对策建议，为青年高质量发展助推中国式现代化发展提供借鉴。

Abstract：TheparticipationofGenerationZyouthinsubculturalactivitieshasbecomeincreasinglynetworked，gamified，andprecocious，graduallyexhibitingcharacteristicsofgroupdifferentiationandpolarizationintheprocessofevolutionanddevelopment.Researchhasfoundthatselfcompensationunderheavylifepressure，emotionalcomfortunderpositivepsychologicalcues，valuepursuitunderstrongendogenousmotivation，andflowfissionundersimilarculturalinterestsareimportantreasonsforpromotingthespreadofsubculturesamongyoungpeople.Atpresent，thephenomenonofsubcultureshastosomeextentacceleratedthedisseminationandexchangeofculture，enhancedtheindividualityandenthusiasmofyoungpeople，butculturalchaossuchasfancirclesandBuddhisttraditionshaveweakenedtheirfightingspiritandbackbone.Inthisregard，countermeasuresandsuggestionsareformulatedfromtheaspectsofbuildingthefoundationofidealsandbeliefs，cultivatingthecampusculturalenvironment，improvingtheendogenousmotivationofyoungpeople，enhancingthesenseofhistoricalidentityandadjustingtheattitudeofculturalgovernance，soastoprovidereferenceforthehigh-qualitydevelopmentofyoungpeopletoboostthedevelopmentofChinesepathtomodernization.
