新时期图书馆文旅融合服务机制构建探究

摘要：自中华人民共和国文化和旅游部成立以来，文化产业与旅游产业的发展已成为国家开发的重要项目，各地方政府纷纷贯彻中央的工作理念，不断推动文旅融合事业稳步发展。政府指出要构建相对完善的文旅融合服务机制，共同促进文化与旅游服务更好地服务于人民群众，在文旅融合的大环境下图书馆只有不断发展创新，创新服务形式与服务内容，才能生成令大众喜闻乐见的优质文化。该文从图书馆文旅融合服务出发，采用调研法与文献查阅法，站在游客认同与图书馆供给的角度，对文旅融合的服务需求及服务能力进行分析，从而探讨图书馆文旅融合服务机制构建的策略。

Abstract：SincetheestablishmentoftheMinistryofCultureandTourismofthePeoplesRepublicofChina，thedevelopmentoftheculturalindustryandtourismindustryhasbecomeanimportantprojectfornationaldevelopment.Localgovernmentshaveimplementedthecentralworkphilosophyandcontinuouslypromotedthesteadydevelopmentofculturaltourismintegration.Thegovernmenthaspointedoutthatitisnecessarytobuildarelativelycompleteculturalandtourismintegrationservicemechanism，jointlypromoteculturalandtourismservices，andbetterservethepeople.Librariesareconstantlydevelopingandinnovatinginthecontextofculturalandtourismintegration.Onlybyinnovatingserviceformsandcontentcantheyproducehigh-qualityculturethatispopularwiththepublic.Startingfromtheintegrationofculturalandtourismservicesinlibraries，thisarticleanalyzestheserviceneedsandservicecapabilitiesofculturalandtourismintegrationfromtheperspectiveoftouristsidentificationandlibrarysupply，usingresearchmethodsandliteraturereviewmethods，inordertoexplorethestrategiesforconstructingtheservicemechanismofculturalandtourismintegrationinlibraries.

图书馆是我国公共文化服务体系的重要组成部分，2018年推行的《中华人民共和国
