ThisRentalAgreement(theAgreement)ismadeandenteredintoon[Date],between[LandlordsName],hereinafterreferredtoasLandlord,and[TenantsName],hereinafterreferredtoasTenant,collectivelyreferredtoastheParties.
1.PropertyDescription
ThepropertysubjecttothisAgreement(theProperty)islocatedat[PropertyAddress],[City,State,ZipCode].ThePropertyconsistsof[numberofbedrooms],[numberofbathrooms],and[totalsquarefootage]oflivingspace.ThePropertyisdescribedasfollows:

2.Rent
ThemonthlyrentforthePropertyshallbe[amount]dollars($[amount])permonth,payableinadvanceonthefirstdayofeachmonth.Rentshallbepaidby[methodofpayment,e.g.,cash,check,electronictransfer,etc.].Anylatepaymentshallbesubjecttoalatefeeof[percentageoramount]ofthetotalrentamount,dueonthe[numberofdays]thdayaftertheduedate.
3.SecurityDeposit
Tenantshallpayasecuritydepositof[amount]dollars($[amount])toLandlorduponexecutionofthisAgreement.ThesecuritydepositshallbeheldbyLandlordforthedurationofthetenancyandshallbereturnedtoTenantupontheterminationofthetenancy,lessanydamagesorcleaningfeesincurredbyTenant.
4.TermofAgreement
ThisAgreementshallcommenceon[startdate]andshallcontinueforaperiodof[numberofmonths/years],unlessterminatedearlierinaccordancewiththetermsofthisAgreement.
5.UseofProperty
TenantshallusethePropertysolelyforresidentialpurposesandshallnotusethePropertyforanyillegal,hazardous,oroffensiveactivities.Tenantshallnotsublet,assign,ortransferthePropertywithoutthepriorwrittenconsentofLandlord.
6.MaintenanceandRepairs
LandlordshallmaintainthePropertyingoodrepairandconditionduringthetermofthisAgreement.TenantshallkeepthePropertyincleanandgoodconditionandshallpromptlyreportany
