1.1**scopeofwork**

thecontractoragreestoperformthedecorationworkforthepropertylocatedat(theproperty).thescopeofworkisdetailedintheattachedschedulea,whichformsanintegralpartofthisagreement.thecontractorshallstrictlyadheretotheplans,specifications,andrequirementsoutlinedinschedulea.

thecontractorshallusehigh-qualitymaterialsandfinishingsthatmeetthestandardsspecifiedinschedulea.allmaterialsshallbenewandfreefromdefects,andthecontractorshallprovidesamplesofmaterialsforclientapprovalpriortocommencementofwork.

c)ensurethatthepropertyisclearedofpersonalbelongingsorvaluables,andshallberesponsibleforanylossordamagetosuchitemsoccurringduringthedecorationwork;

d)paythecontractorinaccordancewiththepaymenttermsoutlinedinsection3ofthisagreement.
