新质生产力驱动生态旅游高质量发展的机制路径研究

摘要：生态旅游高质量发展是生态文明建设和旅游高质量发展的重要内容。新质生产力为生态旅游高质

量发展带来新的契机和动能，通过创新驱动和提质升级，有助于培育形成生态旅游新质生产力，进而助推生

态旅游高质量发展。通过对新质生产力和生态旅游高质量发展的概念内涵、内在关系、现实困境和价值意义

的系统梳理探讨，尝试提出新质生产力系统规划开发指导、优化生态保护利用、推动专业人才培养和创新驱

动业态模式等驱动生态旅游高质量发展的实践路径。

Abstract:Thehigh-qualitydevelopmentofecotourismisanimportantpartofecologicalcivilization

constructionandhigh-qualitytourismdevelopment.Newproductiveforcesbringnewopportunitiesandmomentum

tothehigh-qualitydevelopmentofecotourism.Throughinnovationdrivenandupgrading,ithelpstocultivateand

formnewproductiveforcesinecotourism,therebypromotingthepracticeofhigh-qualitydevelopmentofecotourism.

Throughasystematicreviewandexplorationoftheconcept,inherentrelationship,practicaldifficulties,andvalue

significanceofnewqualityproductivityandhigh-qualitydevelopmentofecotourism,thispaperattemptstopropose

practicalpathstodrivehigh-qualitydevelopmentofecotourism,suchasguidingtheplanninganddevelopmentof

newqualityproductivitysystems,optimizingecologicalprotectionandutilization,promotingprofessionaltalent

cultivation,andinnovatingbusinessmodels.
