2.Manipulatingthesecuritiesmarket市场

Anyoneisprohibitedfrommanipulatingthesecuritiesmarketbyanyofthe

followingmeans:任何人以下列市场：

（1）Whetheranyone,tlyorincollusionwithothers,manipulatesthe

tradingpriceofsecuritiesortradingquantityofsecuritiesbycentralizingthe

advantageinrespectoffundsshareholdingadvantageorutilizinginformation

advantagetotradejointlyorcontinuously.单独或者通过合谋，集中优势,持股

优势，利用信息优势或者联合或者连续，价格或者量；

（2）Whereanyonecollaborateswithanyothertotradesecuritiespursuant

tothetime,priceandmethodasagreeduponinadvance,therebyaffectingtheprice

orquantityofthesecuritiestraded;与他人串通，以事先约定的时间、价格和方式相

互进行，影响价格或者量；

（3）Whereanyonetradessecuritiesweentheaccountsunderself-control,

therebyaffectingthepriceorquantityofthesecuritiestraded;在自己实际控制

的账户之间进行，影响价格或者量

Whereanyoneincursanylosstoinvestorsbymanipulatingthesecuritiesmarket,

theactorshallbesubjecttotheliabilitiesofcompensationaccordingtolaw.

市场行为给投资者造成损失的，行为人应当依法承担赔偿责任。
